Office Manager and Financial Coordinator
I love going the extra mile for our patients and their families. If I can make their orthodontic experience easy and enjoyable, and they respond with smiles, I’m thrilled. Ours is an office where the patients come first in everything we do, and it’s a pleasure to work in such an environment. I help patients and their parents make the most of their insurance benefits, and work with them to find financial arrangements that fit with their budget. As our office manager, I make sure everything runs smoothly, for our patients and our team.
My husband and I love riding the Loveland Bike Trail whenever we have time off together. We share our lives with two dogs, Rascal and Louise, and enjoy our time with family and friends.
I am responsible for new patient and treatment plan integration. I discuss treatment cost and over all benefits from treatment. I started out as an orthodontic assistant in 1988, so I have a great understanding of our patients’ treatment needs. The most enjoyable part of my job is building relationships with our patients and their families. Each day is filled with such beautiful smiles! Dr. Kerr and my coworkers are pretty amazing as well. Everyone is professional and personal. I can’t imagine working with a better group of people!
I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and our two very energetic dogs, Diesel and Macy. My favorite thing to do when I have free time is travel with my family!
I manage our front desk and schedule appointments. I also work with patients and families on financial arrangements, and I ensure patients are able to make the most of their insurance, too. I became part of Dr. Kerr’s team in 2016 but have more than ten years of experience in front desk work and assisting. It’s great to meet new patients and their families and get to know them. I find it enjoyable to follow their treatment progress and see how they transform as their new smile develops. Of course, seeing their wonderful smiles at the end of treatment is amazing!
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include gardening, being outdoors, listening to music, and watching hockey.
I schedule appointments, working to find times that fit with patients’ busy lives. I also answer our phones and handle accounting. It’s a pleasure to meet and get to know our amazing patients and their families. I enjoy watching smiles and personalities change during treatment and the confidence that comes with a great smile. I love working with all of my coworkers as well. They make each day so enjoyable. We all work together to meet our goals and celebrate our accomplishments.
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my boxer pup, Brody. I love the outdoors and being active, but I also enjoy relaxing and watching a good chick flick. Going to Bengals and Reds games with friends is a lot of fun, too.
I joined Grace Kerr Orthodontics in 2015 but have more than eight years of experience in orthodontics. At our office, I assist in the clinic, am a team leader, and coordinate our marketing and social media. My favorite thing is making our younger patients’ appointments comfortable and fun. I enjoy working one-on-one with our patients and developing a relationship with them throughout treatment. Joining this office was such a blessing; everyone welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home right away. We all take pride in giving top-notch customer care to every person who walks through our doors.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Michael and our spunky daughter Blakely. As a family, we enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and hiking with our dog Griff. I also love to run and hope to complete my first half-marathon in the near future. Even though I was born and raised in Kentucky, I enjoy traveling to South Bend, IN to cheer on Notre Dame's Fighting Irish!
I’ve worked at Grace Kerr Orthodontics for almost ten years, and while it’s mostly on a part-time basis, I really feel like I’m part of the practice family. I assist Drs. Kerr and Levy during adjustments and initial appointments, and especially enjoy placing brackets. I know that when they’re removed, a new, beautiful smile will be revealed! Our office is so much fun, and I look forward to each day I get to spend with the awesome ladies here!
I have two boys and my youngest is a girl. My oldest, Trevor, is in college at Akron. Ethan is in the band and Kahley is on the volleyball team. My husband is a chiropractor in Mt. Lookout and we have a dog named Saki. We love watching the kids do their sports and music, and going out with friends to concerts. We are from Minnesota which makes us HUGE Minnesota Vikings fans!
I love making patients happy with beautiful smiles. It’s a joy to take off braces at the end of treatment, and see how thrilled each person is with their incredible smile. I provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures, making sure Drs. Kerr and Levy have everything they needs and telling the patient what we’re doing. Here at Grace Kerr Orthodontics, everyone works together as a team. We all care for each other personally and professionally.
I love to spend time with my fiancé Matt and my dog Buster. We enjoy working out and going on trails at the park.
I enjoy meeting new patients and catching up with those who are established. Hearing their stories and laughing with them, while enjoying their beautiful smiles, always makes me smile. I love watching the changes in each person, as they become more confident in their improving smile. My days are spent helping patients during their visits, providing chairside assistance to our doctors, and changing wires, taking X-rays, and banding and debanding. Debanding is the best, because that’s when the patient sees their new smile for the first time.
When I’m not working, I love working out at the Cincinnati Sports Club, seeing movies, and hanging out with my nephew, Landen.
