I am responsible for new patient and treatment plan integration. I discuss treatment cost and overall benefits from treatment. I started out as an orthodontic assistant in 1988, so I have a great understanding of our patients’ treatment needs. The most enjoyable part of my job is building relationships with our patients and their families. Each day is filled with such beautiful smiles! Dr. Kerr and my coworkers are pretty amazing as well. Everyone is professional and personal. I can’t imagine working with a better group of people!
I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and our two very energetic dogs, Diesel and Macy. My favorite thing to do when I have free time is travel with my family!
As our patients walk through the doors I am one of the first people to greet them with a smile. Throughout my day I answer phones, address patient’s financial needs, and make appointments that fit our patient’s lives. I love the marketing aspect of my job. I enjoy creating engaging posts on our social media platforms and planning events that show our patients and community how much we appreciate them. I love getting to know the patients and their families a little better at each appointment. It is so rewarding being a part of a team that builds confidence within each other and our patients. I love coming to work each and every day knowing that I am surrounded by the most caring women.
When I am not at the office, I enjoy seeking out new places to hang out and eat with my husband. I love to go biking, running, and to Reds games. We take our dog, Auggie, everywhere we go!
I have been a part of the Grace Kerr Orthodontic family since 2011. I enjoy meeting new patients and catching up with those who are established patients. Hearing their stories and laughing with them, while enjoying their beautiful smiles, always makes me smile. I love watching the changes in each person, as they become more confident in their improving smile. My days are spent helping patients during their visits, providing chairside assistance to our doctors, and changing wires, taking X-rays, and banding and debanding. Debanding is the best, because that’s when the patient sees their new smile for the first time.
When I’m not working, I love working out, seeing movies, and trying out new restaurants in the city. I am recently a new mom to a beautiful baby boy, Kieran!
I’ve worked at Grace Kerr Orthodontics for thirteen years, and while it’s mostly on a part-time basis, I really feel like I’m part of the practice family. I assist Dr. Kerr and Dr. Levy during adjustments and initial appointments. I really enjoy placing brackets! I know that when they’re removed, a new beautiful smile will be revealed! Our office is so much fun, and I look forward to each day I get to spend with the awesome ladies here!
I have two boys and my youngest is a girl. My oldest, Trevor, is in college at Akron. Ethan is in the band and Kahley is on the volleyball team. My husband is a chiropractor in Mt. Lookout and we have a dog named Saki. We love watching the kids do their sports and music, and going out with friends to concerts. We are from Minnesota, which makes us HUGE Minnesota Vikings fans!
I love making patients happy with beautiful smiles. It’s a joy to take off braces at the end of treatment and see how thrilled each person is with their incredible smile. I provide chair side assistance during orthodontic procedures, making sure Dr. Kerr and Dr. Levy have everything they need and telling the patient what we’re doing. Here at Grace Kerr Orthodontics, everyone works together as a team. We all care for each other personally and professionally.
I love to spend time with my husband Matt, who is a Cincinnati Firefighter and my dog Buster, a Boston Terrier. We enjoy working out and having company over for grill outs/bonfires.
I started at Grace Kerr Orthodontics as front office staff in 2017 and 6 months later I moved back to the clinic an assistant. I went to school to be a dental assistant in 2011 and orthodontics is by far my favorite. I love being able to track patients from the very beginning, even before they are ready for treatment, until the time the get their braces off. Being able to be part of an amazing team that gives our patients a beautiful smile is so rewarding.
When I'm not at work, my time is spent running around with my daughter Payton. I also enjoy working out multiple times a week, coaching gymnastics, and watching/going to sporting events.
I have been in the dental field for around 7 years now and I have to say Orthodontics is my favorite place to be. Watching the patients start their consults at a very young age and monitoring them as they grow and eventually start braces all the way to the end when we remove them is absolutely rewarding in many ways. Seeing their confidence boost gives you such a great feeling. What makes me work so hard is the fact that patients are relying on me to help them have a successful treatment. GKO is one big family and we always take care of each other, especially our patients!
When I am not at work you will find me chasing around my son SJ or having family time with my hardworking husband Shane, who works at GE. We LOVE cheering on our New England Patriots, Buckeyes, and Redlegs! When I'm not on mom or wife duty I like to relax by playing video games or binge watching shows such as Game of Thrones and Harry Potter.
I grew up in Harrison, OH, which is where I returned after attending college in Northern Louisiana. I have a large family that I love spending time with every chance I get.
At our office you’ll find me in the clinic providing chair-side assistance, changing wires, taking X-rays, and much more! During your appointments I get the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Kerr and Dr. Levy, making sure that they have what’s needed to help appointments run effortlessly. Being able to help improve smiles, oral function, and confidence is truly fulfilling and brings me so much joy.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, machine embroidery, and spending time with my dogs, Nina and Ester Dean.
